Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: When I view my child's photo online, why is the background shown not what I ordered?
A: The online proofing system will show the default background regardless of your order. You can select any of our backgrounds in the interface. When we print your order, we will apply the background you selected.
Q: I ordered retouching, why is it not shown in the online gallery?
A: Retouching is done when we print your order so it will not be seen online.
Q: Where is my digital file?
A: Your digital file will be emailed to you when we print your package. If you have received your prints and have not gotten our email with the digital download, please check your spam folder. If you don't find it there, contact us!
Q: I ordered my photos to be shipped to my home, when will they be shipped?
A: We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible after the order is placed, but depending on the volume of orders, this may take up to a week. Please keep in mind, we do everything we can to deliver a quality product and we do not want to rush and cut corners.
Q: Where is my class photo?
A: Elementary class photos will be available for purchase during the second half of the school year.
Q: Do you offer class photo discounts for multiple kids in the same family?
A: Yes! Please call us at 607-203-9049 and we will help you.

Q. How soon after photo day will the galleries be online?
A. Our goal is to have galleries online 10 days after photo day. During the busiest times of the year, this may extend up to 14.

Q. I am not happy with my youth league team photo provider, can we get SMS to photograph us?
A. Yes, for sure! For a whole league, reach out to team@seanmurphystudios.com for more info. For an individual photo of your athlete, plan an in-studio team photo makeup and we will build a graphic for your league that we can place your athlete into. Because we won't have a photo of your team you will get an 8x10 individual shot rather than a memory-mate.
Northeast Bradford Senior Portraits
They are Only a Senior Once, give them the Royal Treatment.
The Senior Pass includes a 60-90 minute session at 1-2 locations of your choice and includes a smartphone app, social media digital files, and 50 FREE PRINTS any size up to 8x10 (after that they are only $1 each for the entire senior year) for $450. This package will allow you to include your sports team photos in your 50 free print! This package includes even bigger discounts on larger prints!
Senior Packages
Each package includes a personalized photo session and a variety of high-quality products to choose from. Our experienced photographers will ensure your unique personality shines through in every shot. Preserve this momentous occasion with a senior photo package tailored just for you.
The Silver Collection includes a 15-minute session inside or outside on the studio property and includes 5 prints, any size you would like up to 8x10 for $125.
The Gold Collection includes a 30-minute session inside or outside on the studio property and includes 10 prints, any size you would like up to 8x10, plus a smartphone app for $225.
The Platinum Collection includes a 60-90 minute session at 1-2 locations of your choice and includes a smartphone app, social media digital files, and 15 prints, any size you would like up to 8x10 for $325. Includes huge discounts on larger prints!
The Deluxe Yearbook Session
This quick and easy option includes an in-studio session for $50 where we will capture 2 yearbook photo options with your choice of backgrounds and a series of fun cap and gown photos. Once you receive your proofs, you can purchase prints or digital files at a discounted rate.
Free Senior Yearbook Photos
We offer free in-studio yearbook sessions for all NEB seniors. The deadline for the Class of 2026 is December 1, 2025. We take these portraits in our studio, and they are then re-touched to take care of any blemishes. We work closely with your yearbook advisor to make sure your yearbook photo is placed in the yearbook for you to cherish for years to come. If you are interested in any of our senior portrait collections, a yearbook photo is included as part of the collection as well.
