Class of 2020 Profile - Meet Ashley.

We are closing out these profiles with Ashley for two reasons, first, we are out of filled out questionnaires but… most importantly, Ashley has done something so incredible in her sport that we want to finish on this high note. Ashley is a senior at Union-Endicott this year and will be attending Molloy College next year on Long Island to major in psychology and to be a member of their bowling team. Ashley bowled for UE all through middle school and high school and this where things get crazy….

Class of 2020 Profile - Meet Brandon.

Brandon is a senior from the Johnson City Class of 2020 and will be attending SUNY Onondaga next year where he will be playing Lacrosse for the 12 time national championship Onondaga Lazers. His favorite memory from high school was winning the lacrosse sectionals and then going on to win the first state qualifier game, the first time that JC has won in this level.

Johnson City Class of 2020 Graduate Parade

Yesterday the Johnson City High School Class of 2020 enjoyed a processional (Parades require permits) from the high school to Green's Field to celebrate their graduation. Once at the park, they received gift baskets, banners, scholarships and more. It was a great time for the graduates and their families. Eagles nest south of Sayre PA on May 24, 2020

We headed down to the nest on route 220 south of Sayre PA again today. Even through it has only been a week since we had been there, the trees had grown so many leaves that the nest was heavily obscured in a way that it wasn’t before. Even with this cover, we were able to witness some great moments with the two babies and the mother bringing in a tasty chipmunk and then cleaning out the nest.

This has been a pretty amazing birding weekend. We went yesterday to a bald eagle nest in Afton, from there someone directed us to a blue heron rookery, then today, we want to the most amazing eagle nest vantage point ever south of Sayre... Here are some of the shots along the way.
